Marketers Making a Difference

Marketers Making a Difference provides a forum once a month for marketing and communications professionals to meet over lunch with representatives of local non-profit agencies who have communications-related challenges. For the professionals, it's a chance to learn more about the needs of the community, to make a contribution, and to network with peers in a format that fits easily into their schedules. For the non-profits, it's a chance to share their message and receive some high caliber expertise.

Ethos Roundtable

The Ethos Roundtable is an informal group of people who are interested in 1) measuring and extending ethos, and 2) using technology for positive social change. The group meets monthly at the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA.

501 Tech Club Boston

The 501 Tech Club is a monthly gathering of people working on nonprofit technology in the Boston area. The meetings are opportunities for anyone interested in helping nonprofits use technology to get together and talk shop in a fun, informal setting. The name refers to the fact that most of us work primarily with and for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

The Nonprofit Net: Lexington, MA

The Nonprofit Net works with with nonprofit organizations to facilitate access to local resources that would not otherwise be available. Whether the objective is fundraising, finding new board members, recruiting volunteers or improving operations, the Nonprofit Net helps our member organizations reach their goals more easily and more quickly. We also help our members to improve the capacity of their boards and improve their own internal management and operational practices by providing access to managerial and executive talent at regular peer group meetings.
