Case Studies > Software System Transition
A Fiscal/Employer Agent for a state-funded consumer-direction program was using an outdated system that was not scaling with the program's growth. The agent needed to transfer the program operations to their new system with rich internal controls, easy reporting and automated data integrity.
By transferring program operations from the outdated system to the improved system, the agent sought to improve the quality of service to program participants and maintain the current staffing level on the program while program growth continued at 50 - 75% annually.
Annkissam developed a software implementation plan for the agent, including data migration, development of internal controls and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system re-engineering to support the unique program. Annkissam implemented the transition with the agent, trained agent staff and stayed on to support operations during the launch phase.
Annkissam remains involved with periodic updates and ongoing staff training as necessary.
