An organization with large volumes of disparate data needed to complete a complicated, regulation-driven annual process to meet federal and state requirements.

Annkissam dug into the regulation and developed a plan for ensuring that the organization completed the process in compliance with existing policy. Working with the organization, Annkissam supported them to develop an implementation plan, including processes for ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Annkissam led project implementation and final deliverable production. After successfully meeting the annual deadline, Annkissam produced a policy and procedure manual for the process so that client staff can meet the federal and state requirements internally in future years. Annkissam will remain involved with intense training on the process for client staff.
